PRIVATE EVENTS
STEPS:
1. Read ALL the information and requirements.
2. Fill out the form once you are ready to book. If you have questions please give call or email us first.
3. Wait for our contract (same day between 10AM-10PM) sent via DocuSign with the link for the deposit.
4. Submit your deposit within 24hours to lock in your reservation.
5. Get ready to have the time of your life!
Security Deposit:
$250. The deposit will be applied towards your final balance.
Final Balance and Payments:
The final balance, minus the deposit, is due 3 full days prior to the event. Host is responsible for collecting payments from guests (if applicable).
Final balance example: ($55pp x 35 people) – $250 deposit = Final Balance
Days and Time slots
MONDAY thru THURSDAY:
Any start time between 10AM-7PM
(Last event ends at 10PM)
Requires a minimum of 15 guests (50 max).
Event options:
– 2hr paint & sip lounge – $50 per person
– 3hr paint & sip lounge (with karaoke) – $60 per person
FRIDAY:
7PM or 8PM start time
Requires a minimum of 35 guests (50 max).
Event options:
– 3hr paint & sip lounge (with karaoke) – $60 per person
SATURDAY:
3PM or 8PM start time
Requires a minimum of 35 guests (50 max).
Event options:
– 3hr paint & sip lounge (with karaoke) – $60 per person
SUNDAY:
12PM start time with Karaoke
Requires a minimum of 20 guests (50 max).
Event option:
– 3hr paint & sip lounge (with karaoke) – $60 per person
OR
1PM Start time without karaoke.
Requires a minimum of 20 guests (50 max).
Event option:
– 2hr paint & sip lounge – $50 per person
OR
5PM or 6PM start timer
Requires a minimum of 35 guests (50 max).
Event options:
– 3hr paint & sip lounge (with karaoke) – $60 per person
Additional Costs:
– $100 per half hour of added time (Not Common. Based on availability).
– $125 per 2ft x 4ft table for food (Maximum 2 tables, includes sanitation, setup and clean up. You may not bring in your own table).

All our events are packed with entertainment, music, dancing and more. We also include:
– One painting option of your choice.
– Pro paint materials and smocks.
– Art Instructor
– Host
– DJ (music customized for your event).
– Live assistants (depending on group size).
– Live instruction.
– Light show and production equipment.
– HiFi Music Entertainment.
– *1hr Dolby Surround PRO Karaoke (*karaoke events only).
Paintings:
Our 2024 painting catalog will be attached to the bottom of your contract.
Custom painting fee: If you would like us to create a custom painting there is a $75 fee for the artist.
Food & Drink:
We are a BYOB studio. Light snacks and other individually packed finger foods are permitted (example: finger sandwiches, desserts, cupcakes, chips & dip, etc). Small mini platters at each table for 4-5 guests per table are also acceptable.
Cups, cork screws and buckets for your ice you bring are provided.
If you require tables for a buffet style setup you may rent one for an additional cost (not common). See pricing above.
Cancellations:
– A 45 day notice prior to the date and time of the event is required to cancel your reservation and receive full refund on your deposit.
– A 30 day notice prior to the date and time of your event is required to reschedule your reservation and reuse your deposit (within 30 days)
All cancellations made within 30 days will forfeit their deposit.
If you make a reservation within the cancellation window you will forfeit your ability to obtain a refund.
In the event of a major weather, state of emergency or mandated closure, you will receive a store credit for your deposit and any tickets paid unless you are still within the cancellation window as stated above.
This cancellation policy applies to any/all emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
